The winners of the Carbery GAA Monthly award for January are Sacred Heart Secondary School Clonakilty and St Brogans College Bandon. 

The Clonakilty secondary School won the Munster Colleges Second Level Junior B Camogie Championship when they defeated St. Mary’s Midleton on a score of 1-10 to 2-0. The girls from Clonakilty doibated the game and they now play the Leinster champions, in an All -Ireland semi-final scheduled for late February.

St Brogans were crowned Cork Colleges Senior C Hurling Champions following their 3 point win over Douglas Community School.

In an entertaining game at the 3G pitch in Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Brogan’s dug deep to claim victory on a full time score of St Brogans 3-12 Douglas Community School 2-12
